Imaging Queensland, an entity of Integral Diagnostics, is committed to providing high quality consistent diagnostic imaging services to our patients, referrers, and all stakeholders.Purpose/ Introduction
This policy outlines how Imaging Queensland will ensure high quality and consistent diagnostic imaging services across all our sites.Scope/ Action
Imaging Queensland currently holds and maintains the following accreditations and certifications to ensure continued high-quality services:- ISO 9001:2015 certification by HDAA with registration on the JAS-ANZ register (search for Integral Diagnostics);
- Diagnostic Imaging Accreditation Scheme, accredited by QIP
- Coal Mine Workers Health Scheme, accredited by QIP
- The Royal Australian and New Zealand College of Radiologists (RANZCR) Guidelines (relevant to our practice)
- The National Safety Quality Health Services (NSQHS) Standards (relevant to our practice)
- The Medicare requirements for a diagnostic imaging service
